What our guests say
"A very clean hotel with good service from the staff. I would have liked more shops open nearby in the evening, but that gave us a reason to walk downtown. A simple hotel with everything you need 👍🏻"
Annel Lizardi
"Our stay at Ontico was amazing, a great option for staying in Mérida. The location is very good. The staff's service is excellent, everyone is very kind - Anais helped us with everything we needed. Thank you!"
Ana Lrre
"I'm very happy I stayed here: brand-new facilities, everything super comfortable, the room has a very modern style, but most importantly, the staff were very kind and attentive… highly recommended!"
Adrian Del Toro
"The hotel is really lovely, very clean, everyone is always very friendly, and the location is perfect if you want to explore downtown and walk everywhere. They also have an agreement with another hotel that has a pool and restaurant, and they give you the option to go if you like."
